The book of James is a letter (epistle) that was written by James, the younger half-brother of Jesus Christ. As a principal leader in the church of Jerusalem, James writes to the Jewish believers scattered abroad (James 1:1). James’ letter is a great starting point for believers as a blueprint for Christian living.
